Is it not astounding that Chinese culture has been cultivating organic tea for thousands of years? In their eyes, tea is a medicinal beverage that keeps the body in good working order. Through intuition and personal observation, they concluded it is a wonder drink to be consumed every day. Without it, the body is lacking some necessary defenses against all kinds of critters wanting us as a host. Not being able to do chemical laboratory testing, the Chinese still knew there were special properties in well made green tea. Of course, today we know that antioxidants are some of these special properties. And, today's scientists tell us that antioxidants help prevent premature aging. We could all use a lot of that! So start indulging, make a pot of organic green tea each morn. You'll be pleasantly surprised at it's benefits to your bod.

Why Should I Drink Organic Tea?

Hey you . . . can you answer the above question? Do you know what organically grown means? Are you aware of the health benefits of drinking organic beverages? If a tea bush is grown organically, why will the leaves supply a nutritionally superior tea leaf? Would it not behove us all to ingest such beverages made from these kinds of tea leaves? How is organic tea farming actually practiced? What does antioxidant rich mean? Do the teas that you presently buy have the USDA ORGANIC seal of approval? Can you explain what certified organic really means anyways? Wow . . . too many questions you say. Well darn it, it's time to have a cup of tea!
